LEVEL 1 BOXING FUNDAMENTALS: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )

LEVEL 2 BOXING INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM  ( 15 YRS AND OLDER ) 

OPEN GYM: 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )

Tuesday

YOUTH BOXING FUNDAMENTALS: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM ( 12 YRS - 14 YRS )

YOUTH BOXING FUNDAMENTALS: 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM ( 9 YRS - 11 YRS)

LEVEL 2 BOXING INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )

Wednesday

LEVEL 1 BOXING FUNDAMENTALS: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM ( 15 + YRS )

LEVEL 2 BOXING INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE: 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM  ( 15 + YRS ) 

OPEN GYM: 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )

Thursday

YOUTH BOXING FUNDAMENTALS: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM ( 12 YRS - 14 YRS )

 LEVEL 1 BOXING FUNDAMENTALS: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )

LEVEL 2 BOXING INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED: 1:15 PM - 2:15 PM ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )

OPEN GYM: 2:15 PM -3:30 PM  ( 15 YRS AND OLDER )
